Why we love it:
Fried cheese on the edge of the pan made Detroit pizza famous but it can be a pain to release from the pan. Why we prefer these pans to a traditional blue steel pan is simple. Cleanup can be a nightmare. The stick-resistant coating on these Lloyd pans helps caramelize the cheese and dough without becoming glued to the pan after the bake. These pans will get more seasoned and bake even better the more you use them.
We recommend adding the lid for easy stacking and proofing.
