The Guides are digital files only, available to you immediately after checkout. Our Books are the physical hardback version that will be shipped to you. The content is the same in both formats.

We're always looking at how we can save you on shipping, but as a small family owned business we can't afford to absorb all the shipping costs. Here are a few things that can help:

Every order over $100 gets you free shipping. In most cases this is a $10-$25 value.

Adding additional products to your order does not substantially increase the shipping costs. A single pan is expensive to ship by itself.

All book only orders will be sent through media mail, which allows us to ship these items much cheaper. Pans and other non-book items cannot be shipped using this method unfortunately.

We do not ship outside of the US at this time. International customers can still purchase and download our digital guides. Make sure you are on our email list to be alerted if/when international shipping is available.

You will have the opportunity to download your Guide immediately after purchasing on the Thank You page. It will also be sent along with your order confirmation to the email you provided during checkout.

You can access the download link we provide 3 separate times after which you'll see "download limit reached". To ensure you have access to your purchase forever, please make sure you've downloaded and saved the file to your device. For example, on an iPhone with the Guide open, choose "save to files". From now on you'll be able to access your Guide inside the Files app on your device. If you run into any problems feel free to reach us at the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page, or DM us.

We go over the equipment and ingredients we use in each Book/Guide, and have some general recommendations on our Tools page and in our Amazon Storefront.

While we do our best to keep all individual books and bundles in stock, we're a small business that is self publishing while trying to meet and forecast demand and shipping. Make sure you are on our email list as we'll give you first chance at grabbing new stock there.

Although there isn't any strict timetable, we tentatively plan to release a new Book/Guide every 2-4 months. We expect to write around 7-10 Guides in total, but the final number isn't determined just yet. We plan on covering our version of most of the well known styles of pizza, as well as highlight some lesser known styles that we enjoy. Make sure you are a part of our email list to get the latest news on what/when we're releasing.

All our Guides utilize IDY (Instant Dry Yeast). It's easy to use, you can skip the blooming process, and is almost foolproof for a majority of home bakers. While you certainly could use a starter in our formulas, we're not including instructions for that in the scope of these Guides.
