These pizza disks have specially engineered holes throughout the disk allowing heat to evenly cook from the bottom up through the pizza during the bake and moisture to escape from the bottom of the pizza after the bake.
Why we love it:
Unlike pizza screens, these pizza disks are durable, strong, and come seasoned and ready to use right out of the box. They are easy to clean and likely won't have to be replaced, unlike cheaper screens. They are also a great way to protect the bottom of your pizzas from burning if the bottom of your pizza is baking faster than the top and also can work as a cooling rack after the bake. They're also a great way to cook frozen pizzas or even reheat leftover pizza.
